Our Processing Center ships orders immediately after they’re placed — because appliance parts are TIME SENSITIVE and our customers expect their parts ASAP to fix their appliance. Once ordered our sytem immediately processes, labels and ships the order.

For these reasons, orders cannot be canceled once submitted.

YOUR OPTIONS ARE:

1. Return to Sender (RTS) when the package arrives
2. Follow our standard Returns instructions after delivery
(We dont charge restocking fees)
Once we receive your order back, we will issue refund minus original shipping, refunds take 3-5 business days
