Maytag wheels and belt replacement

I had left a review earlier because the dryer belt I received failed soon after installation. Once I got through to Support, they offered to send a replacement. I explained that a replacement would likely fail again because their part was shorter than the original belt. At that point, they were quick to issue a refund - which I appreciate.

My washer was having a fill error. After some troubleshooting with cgpt & youtube, I found the part needed to fix the error. PartsDiscount.com had the part at a better price than most. I paid a bit extra to get expedited shipping - part arrived when it was supposed to. The replacement part was a slightly different model than the original part, which I knew ahead of time, but it was interchangeable without any issues. Washer is back on track, and fill error has not reappeared. Would recommend.

Had a dryer make a horrendous screaching noise when it would first start. Of course went on YouTube to see what it could be. Usually one of three different things and looked like something we could do ourselves. So glad to have gotten the dryer belt, idler pully and drum wheels all in one package for a reasonable price! Nice thing is it was coming from the US, not China and got it here before the estimated date. AND it was the CORRECT parts (unlike some replacements you get from China). Just replaced all the parts figuring we might as well since we had them. Dryer works perfectly now. Very pleased with what we got and how quickly we received it. I will definitely recommend for anyone who needs their services.

Awesome part works great when you install it correctly ha ha ha I put the spray for the shifter on the wrong side so it always kept the agitator engaged with the drum so it wasn’t agitating my fault sorry corrected problem works great run smooth and quiet. Replaced transmission to washing machine

Transmission pot worked out very well installing it. I put the Spring on the wrong side of the shifter so it was stain engaged and wasn’t disengaging so but now it’s all corrected my washing machine is working. Great I thank you guys. Very much awesome pot no problems quite smooth. I love it. I will deal with you guys in the future. Hopefully, I get another eight years out of this machine. Thank you again

I needed a replacement icemaker for an older refrigerator. I put the model number in and the part came up. PartsDiscount had the best price by far. I used the expedited shipping which was priced very reasonably. They use USPS, so it took a little longer than expected. Knowing that, I would always use expedited because, unfortunately, our postal service leaves a bit to be desired. Overall, this was an excellent experience.

20 year old LG front load washer won't spin

20 year old LG front load won't spin. Just oscillates a little then gets LE code. Order a rotor hub (looked worn) and rotor sensor. Washer working now. Parts were correct and reasonably priced and were shipped free in about a week.

Needed bearing assembly and rotor sensor for a Whirlpool Cabrio Washing machine. I came armed with the model number of the washing machine and a credit card. About an hour and a half work (I feel I’m becoming proficient after 4 replacements) and it works beautifully.

My experience overall was very good, Fast Shipping and good communication. The only issue I had was the bail was missing on the new icemaker. I managed to take the bail off the old one and was able to install it on the new one. The icemaker is performing great. The bail seems to be working correctly.

One other thing they didn't have any instructions on how to replace the part. I had to check online to see how to replace it. The range was old and PartsDiscount had the replacement part.

Not quite a perfect fit

The part worked and my washer works again. The connection to the small hose was on the wrong side so the part does not snap in like it should. Mainly because I could not replace the hose with the one that came with the part you sent me. LG bundled that with some wires and made it impossible to undo. If I could have used the hose you provided it would have worked better.
